Terms of Service:

You can edit and customize it for your own personal use

You can use it freely for streaming on youtube, twitch, tiktok, twitter/X, and other platforms

You can upload onto other games outside VRchat

You can sell texture/edit commissions on the avatar. Both you and the client must own the avatar. You can also create clothes and accessories to sell

The character's use is limited to avatar or secondary non-protagonist roles in games, and any use outside of virtual environments and social platforms, such as game development or central character placement, is strictly prohibited

It's prohibited to upload as a public avatar, resell or redistribute the model, or take parts of it (head, body, clothes, etc) to use on other avatars or projects
