SkinEdit Novabeast helps you design your very own Novabeast avatar!
Inspired by character customization in role-playing games, it is one of the easiest tools to create your avatar.
No need to worry about all the complicated things that come with making an avatar. The SkinEdit editor handles all the hard stuff for you.
You can choose your patterns, colors, accessories, and body shapes from the large list of options. SkinEdit configures them on your avatar automatically so they come out looking great.
SkinEdit also helps you optimize and upload your avatar, making it easy and painless to get it ready for VRChat.
Getting Started
Requirements

A computer that can run the Unity Editor, and has 10GB of spare storage
Step-by-step Setup
To get started, follow the Getting Started instructions for the VRChat Creator Companion. It will tell you everything you need to do to set up Unity and a Unity 2022 Avatar Project.
Download and import the provided SkinEdit Unity package into your Unity project.
Download and import the Novabeast's "Novabeast_V1_0" Unity package into your Unity project provided by the avatar creator.
Customization
After completing the setup, you should get a popup from SkinEdit that lets you check if you did the setup correctly. It also has a button that takes you straight to the SkinEdit editor.
You can get back to the popup window any time through the 'SkinEdit/Open menu' option in the toolbar.
Uploading to VRChat
When you are happy with your avatar, scroll to the bottom of the SkinEdit editor and press 'Upload', and that's it! It will automatically prepare, optimize, and upload your avatar to VRChat for PC, Quest, and Android.
License
At this time I am only offering a Personal Use license.
This means that you can use this package to create and manage your avatars, but you cannot do avatar or texture commissions using this tool. If you are interested in commercial use of this technology, please contact me.
You can make public/clonable avatars if the original avatar creator allows that also.
