Import Using The Creator Companion:
FOR PC: Start a new project from the VRC Creator Companion, then import Poiyomi Toon Shaders 7.3.50_To_8.1.160, DPS package (I used V1_31), and then unity package; Then click on OPEN ME, and upload through SDK. If you don't have it you can purchase the dps system here.
