The avatar requires a few things to work:
-VR chat SDK3

-Poiyomi toon shader
-Substance Painter if you would like to re-color the avatar
-Basic unity knowledge to be able to upload and alter your avatar

Yep, looks like it is. Darn artists using different names. As this is the gumroad source over the twitter one, I think this one should have the higher priority though.
