The Leash is rigged and makes use of the new phys bones in VRChat. It can be grabbed and posed by you, or other people. You can NOT pull people around in VRChat! Neos has a snapping mechanism in place and the person wearing the leash can be pulled around by another people.
Blender, Substance files and Unity package is included.
