In Unity, select the .fbx and go to Rig tab in import settings, set animation type to Humanoid and click apply. Use the Armature|ArmatureAction animation within the .fbx after that

Alex, is the 'Made by Me' you, the uploader, or did you grab this from somewhere? I'm just trying to make sure all uncredited assets have authors attached.
