-
Download the RAR file from the Pikapetey Discord
-
Open the unity project (do NOT import your shiba model)
-
Select the unity scene thats applicable to you (I suggest normal arms, long arms look wonky in game) Import your textures and accessories manually from your own shiba
-Export the avatar (has .avatar file extension, if avatar exporter is not in Window > avatar exporter, it most likely means you have the vrchat sdk in the project file, see parenthesized text in step 2.)
-Open LIV, install the steamvr driver, and drag your avatar onto the VIVR window
-Go into the camera section of the Liv App, and add a new camera. Make sure the camera type is set to avatar.
-From here on calibration and selection will be done in game. Look down, you'll see the LIV icon, pull the trigger while pointing at it and it will open the menu. Select your avatar and click calibrate on the right side.
-Unlike vrchat, calibration is done by standing on two green shoes marked on the floor. From here you want to t-pose exactly like the image displayed in front of you, your hand and head positioning does matter so make sure to t-pose as close as you can to exact.
-You should be done! You will not be able to discord screenshare as LIV only outputs video, but it works great with fullbody!
Feel free to follow Liv's own tutorial if you happen to get stuck.
