This is the VRChat avatar UnityPackage, prepared for upload! Features gestures with facial tracking, gestures, puppet menus, and custom emotes. Also included is the Blend, Substance, VRM, and a customizable PSD (texture)!

Before importing the Bear UnityPackage, make a new avatar project using VRChat's current Unity version and VRCSDK3 from VRChat.com (Creator Companion), then double-click the scene file "Bear" (shown selected in the final image here) and the scene will load as shown!
