Install and Upload:
Download Unity Hub and Unity 2019.4.31f1
Unzip the project file
Open Unity Hub and click "Open" in the top right
Open the project file
Wait for project to finish loading
Go to "VRChat SDK" at the top and click "Reload SDK" or else video player may not work
Sign into the SDK
Use the SDK to swap between PC/Android build platforms
