All content included the basic version is released under the MIT open source license.

Paid content (even in a modified state) can not be redistributed to parties who have not purchased it, and may not resold.

Any textures you make using the paid tools can be sold or distributed freely.
Known Issues
-
The Coat Painting Tool and Clothing Mask Editor currently have issues on models with overlapping UVs. I would not recommend buying the premium version at this time if this is the case for your model.

The fur lighting is currently sensitive to floating point precision issues when far away from the world origin.
