It's the vent from that UNDERTALE trailers, reimplemented faithfully in VRChat.
Please read the readme.txt file included! It has a lot of important setup information and technical explanation. There's a collider setup thing you have to do in order for the script to actually work. The explanation is too long to comfortably fit here.
