Simple sideswept rigged Nardo Hair, I used Poiyomi 8.1 pro but the free version should be fine, make sure its imported before you import the hair.
If you want it positioned exactly like in the images just drag it into 3d view, set its position to 0,0,0, scale to 1,1,1 and just drag it into the head bone. If you want to remove the default hair you can set the Custom Hair blendshape on the body to 100
I designed this for the Nardo but it can of course be used for any avatar.
