The collar come with all you need to get start , unity project all setup ready to edit to your liking.
Plenty of Blendshapes to alter the shapes to fit to your avatar and 4 options for the tag with cat/dog beans or none at all or just a rgb ring along with your own logo option. Without the need to modify textures, there are 2 base options for either fabric or leather and with simple material tweaks you can swap these around and change the colours freely and choose from alternative stitching colours included .The main tag has a colour change option as well .
Full instructions included in a text file.
Licensing:
Upon purchase, you are free to edit the assets
Do not resell or share the assets to others (commissioning for edits are fine as long as both parties owns it)
Please give credit if you decide to put these assets on public avatars. This can be done many ways before uploading to vrchat.
