This outfit is around 13k Tris/Polygons, it uses VRCFury to automatically attach itself to your avatar as easily as possible since it uses Blendshapes to stay consistent with your body type.
Its albedos are also pretty simple and easy to match using a mix of shading and Normals to achieve some semblance of depth.
