Feel free to use it in your avatars and put it on public models. Just don't resell the model on it's own or with modifications, but you can sell new textures of it. Give credits to my Gumroad or twitter if linked/hosted elsewhere.
If you need the Hobkin model you can find it on Hobberts or even watch for other models he creates.
