You can color individual flowers with new materials with set colors. (The FBX comes in the wrong size just use this tool to fix it)

It's highly recommended to everyone to put this through blender to get rid of unnecessary polygons as this has 481k and it can easily get down to 62k without any real visual impact, not to mention if you have the time, to use the same materials for multiple flowers It's very appreciated.
