A Time Display that displays Hours and Minutes, as well as AM and PM
This watch uses my new thing where I merged the INTs, making it only use 10 synced parameter bits instead of 17
Currently it has an armature to go right on to the Kitavali, but it can go on almost any avatar
If you encounter any bugs please inform me so I can fix it, also if I run into any bugs I will be fixing them quickly so watch out for that, as of right now I'm having no issues with it and it works perfectly
