I regards to all those comments:
I fixed the FBX file and now it opens in blender no problems. Included on the google drive is even the original blender file for everyone. Also since I updated him a few weeks ago he does have finger bones and a cleaner polygon structure.

actually that FBX has a whole bunch of issues in the current version of blender. It keeps crashing for a bunch of different reasons, you will need to rebuild it from source files.

@IronGut The Finger bones seem to be mashed up and not working, This would be an amazing avatar if the hands could work. I do not know how to fix it and I was hoping that you could fix the fingers and reupload it to the site :)
