The Neri are a dazzling species of semi-aquatic people that have grown with the Ocean. Their culture is rich with light, their bodies glowing all of the many hues and their bodies painted with patterns like brilliant tattoos. In the sea they do not speak, their values expressed with a luminant dance, a creative and bright sign language~
