Setup:

VRCFury: Simply place the prefab under the avatar's root object. Check the armature and blendshape links to make sure they're recognizing the avatar properly. Done!

No VRCFury: Place the prefab under the avatar's root object and remove the two nonfunctional VRCFury scripts. Reparent each bracelet's bones to their equivalent bones on the avatar and set desired blendshapes. Done!
